STORE LOCATIONS
Q: Why don't you have any stores on the East Coast?
A: We are currently expanding into a national chain! We open our stores in cities with a lot of teens, in malls where the shoppers are fashion conscious and the stores are hip and cool. Our plan is to one day have an Anchor Blue store in every major metropolitan area. You may see us in your area before you know it!
Q: Where's the store closest to me?
A: You can find the store that is closest to you by visiting our store locator.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your merchandise return policy?
A: You can return any item purchased in an Anchor Blue store to any Anchor Blue store. If you have your receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item. If you don't have the receipt, we will offer you either an exchange for other merchandise or a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item. We have no time limit on returns.
Q: I bought something in one of your stores while I was on vacation, can I return it to a different store?
A: You can return any item purchased in an Anchor Blue store to any Anchor Blue store. Have your receipt so that we can refund your money or make an even exchange.
MERCHANDISE COMMENTS
Q: Do you make special sizes?
A: We don't make special sizes at this time. However, we do have a wide selection of styles and sizes to choose from so that most everyone can find something that fits their taste. Visit an Anchor Blue store near you and ask a sales associate to help you find the perfect fit for your style.
ONLINE SHOPPING
Q: Do you have online ordering?
A: While we don't have online shopping on our site right now, future plans for our website include online shopping. Be sure to register online up as an Anchor Blue Insider to receive updates. Anchor Blue gift cards, though, can currently be purchased on our website.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: Anchor Blue does not have a catalog, but we do have future plans for online ordering. Continue to visit our site periodically for updates.
EMPLOYMENT
Q: How old do I have to be to work at an Anchor Blue store?
A: To work at Anchor Blue, you need to be 16 and have a valid work permit. You can print an application here, and take it in to your local Anchor Blue. You may also pick up an application at any store. We're always looking for responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working candidates!
Q: How can I get a job at your corporate office?
A: Anchor Blue has lots of corporate opportunities for part-time work as well as for full-time, career-oriented candidates. Q: Can I work around my school schedule?
A: Associate schedules are determined by the store manager based on the business needs of the stores, so only he or she can answer this question for sure. However, many of our associates and even our management team are currently balancing both school and work schedules, and we'll try our best to help you do it.
Q: Do employees get a discount?
A: Of course!
Q: How much do you pay?
A: Wages and salaries at Anchor Blue are competitive in the retail industry, and are reviewed regularly to ensure that they stay that way.
Q: What's it like to work at Anchor Blue?
A: Anchor Blue is a casual, fun, and upbeat place to work. You'll be working with others who are your age and are into the same things you are. Our employees consider many of their co-workers as friends. You'll work hard, but you'll also reap the benefits of working in a successful business through store rewards, incentives, and recognition.
Q: What do Sales Associates do?
A: Our Sales Associates' main job is to talk to our customers and sell our great Anchor Blue clothes. Other responsibilities include stocking, keeping the store clean, and setting up displays. And we hope that they have fun while doing it!
GIFT CARDS
Q: I want to buy a gift card. How do I do that?
A: You can purchase gift cards online
We also sell gift cards in all Anchor Blue Stores. When purchasing a gift card for someone, keep in mind that our gift cards can only be redeemed in our stores. You may want to check our Store Locator feature to ensure there is a store near the person for whom you are buying the gift card.
Q: How do I check my gift card balance?
A: You can take your card to any Anchor Blue store to find out how much is left on your card. Find a store near you.
VENDOR RELATIONS
Q: I am a designer and would like the opportunity to show my line to your company. How can I get in contact with your buyers?
A: If you are based in California, you must be a Registered Garment Manufacturer with the state of California. If you are registered, forward any line sheets or catalogues along with contact information to:

A: Anchor Blue is a privately held company, so information is unavailable to the public.
Q: How can I request a donation to my local charity or organization?
A: At this time we have no dedicated programs to support donation requests. However, we are involved in the communities where our stores are located. You can submit your donation request to us at and we will consider your request. If we can help you we will contact you directly.
Q: I love the music that you play in the store. Can I buy it?
A: Due to contract limitations with the company that provides us with our music, we are not able to sell the music we play in our stores.
